Ship: Enchantment of the Seas Reviewed: 8 years ago
The food menu was not what we expected and was taken back. But, when we received the food it had quality and excellent taste. We don't eat much fish, but they made it outstanding. The cruise director was the best we have seen. He had such energy, that he made everything exciting. The shows were different each night with additional headliners. Again outstanding. The negatives were at embarkation, no one told you where to go to your room, you had to ask directions.Room service needs serious help. We used them 3 times and gave up.You wait 10 to 25 min for them to answer the phone, and have to wait another 45 min just to have coffee delivered. That is or was the worst part of the cruise.Again overall an outstanding cruise.
