Because we have cruised before, we were prepared for the procedures of embarkment. Upon arriving aboard ship we found our cabin quickly. The raincloset (bathroom) is always small so we were again prepared, however, they had taken away shower area to give room for a sitting space in cabin. That was more enjoyable than having to sit on the bed all the time. Food was excellent in the "My Fair Lady" dining room. However, we were a little disappointed with our waiter, no real personallity, but efficient. The Windjammer food was also good, but it could have been more tailored for light lunches. Our cabin was always clean and Rey, our steward, was always friendly. Entertainment was excellent. There is no way to suit everyone's taste, but I feel Matt, the cruise director, did an excellent job. (On one of our other cruises, he was known as "BINGO MATT".) It was great to see a familiar face. We are not late night people so we did not see a lot of the evening entertainment after 10pm, but from the reviews it seemed that everyone had a great time. The only thing I would change is knowing ahead that the dress for dining was more formal on this cruise than on previous cruises. I wasn't quite prepared to dress more cocktail type on even the casual nights. I did feel underdressed.Overall, I rate this 4 STARS and we are planning now for our next cruise with RCI.Violet DavisMelbourne, Fl
