We had a wonderful balcony suite room with a bath and room service had a good menu. In addition, Royal Caribbean had excellant boarding and de-boarding procedures and processes. However, the food was of poor quality and the portions were small (shrimp cocktail were 3 tiny limp shrimp,) and you had to order the entire plate (as is) with no substitutions or changes; even if you wanted the vegetable or starch that was listed with another entree. The plates were pre-made and the food was cafeteria quality. With the exception of ice cream, the desserts were horrible and I never finished one. With the exception of one comedian the second night, the entertainment was not worth going to. There were also very few on board activities even though they had a staff of at least 4 people.
