We just returned from a 5-day cruise on Enchantment of the Seas and were really impressed with our first cruise experience. The ship was very clean and had so many options for entertainment. The staff, or at least everyone we came into contact with, were very friendly and helpful. We ate at both the Windjammer Cafe and My Fair Lady dining room and enjoyed the food h in both places very much. The Captain kept us posted about our ports, weather, and anything else he felt we needed to know to keep us up to date, too. We never heard anything outside of our stateroom and never found it too loud or overly crowded. Our only complaint was not having a clock in the room but otherwise we loved every aspect of the trip. We would highly recommend this ship and look forward to our next cruise already.

Pros: The staff was great, our stateroom was very clean, a lot of things to do onboard for people of every age

Cons: No clock in the rooms so we never knew what time it was

Recommends Enchantment of the Seas? Yes!
