Review summary

The ship itself was okay but parts of the staff needed a crash course in customer friendliness.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
Food was bland or just plan unappetizing in a lot of cases. At breakfast and lunch buffets everything seemed to be warm or cold. It would be nice to have some simple dishes as an option or something American besides hamburger and hot dogs.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Entertainment was probably one of the few pluses on the ship.

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
Communications were unclear or untimely. When asking for stuff at the customer relations desk it sometimes seemed like an inquisition.

Cabin / Stateroom

The stateroom attendant kept the room very neat and clean.

Ports of call

Cozumel, Mexico

Great. Excellent shopping and great prices. Also access to other areas such as beach was reasonably priced.
Don't Miss: Everything was great.

Key West, Florida

It was okay. Nothing to get overly excited about.
Don't Miss: Key Lime Outlet

Belize City, Belize

I considered Belize a waste of time. The shopping wasn't great. I hated the tender service. I thought they overcrowded the boats. Once you got to the island everything seemed expensive
Don't Miss: Nothing

Pros: Cozumel, service in dining room and Windjammer

Cons: Belize, food,
