Food Critics Nightmare

Sail Date: February 01, 2008

Reviewed: 9 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Oceanview

Food quality was very poor, Formal dinning offered overcooked seafood and fell far short of Gourmet. Waitstaff was outstanding and willing to make every effort to correct any problems. Unfortunatly bad food is bad food. Midnight seafood Buffet was a disgrace. So disapointed.

Pros: Stateroom Service and Formal Dinning waitstaff

Cons: Quality of all food.

Recommends Enchantment of the Seas? No.

The people aboard, servants were great. Royals policys and procedures not so much.Live shows consisted of three excellent singers and one ODD LIP SYNCer. Confusing at best and this performer was not included in the final show. Casino takes a HUGE percent of winnings. A shock and a disapointment.
Ship Quality
Although dated, ship offered many amenities.
Food and Dining
Cabin / Stateroom
Stateroom staff and room size were excellent.
Service and Staff
Too bad these poor people from third world countrys have to go overboard to make-up for such a poor cruise line.
