Our vacation on Enchantment of the Seas was excellent! The ship is really pretty and after seeing it docked next to other cruise ships we could see how unique it is. No other ship we saw had such a great pool deck with so many options of areas to sit and things to do (pool, hot tub, walking track, rock climbing wall, games, jump zone). The food was good. We were never lacking for something to eat. The best was eating at Chops Grille. The food and service there were superior. The nightly activities and entertainment were great. There was always something to do. Also, the cruise director Marc was wonderful. We had a great time!

Food and Dining

Chops Grille was the best. The food in the dining room was good. The food at the Windjammer and for room service was okay.

Lots of options.

Service and Staff

Everyone was so friendly. We loved our waiters Ali and Banu. They didn't just serve dinner, they gave us cruising tips as well.

Ship Quality

The ship was amazingly clean and you saw staff constantly cleaning all day.

Cabin / Stateroom

Although the room was small, there was a place for everything and the bed was comfortable.

Ocho Rios was out least favorite port. The people there are very pushy and will not take no for an answer. We were constantly being approched to buy something or go in a cab with them. When at this port make sure you book excursions, don't just spend the day on your own. The excursions were great!
Don't Miss: Swimming with the dolphins and Dunns River Falls

We loved Grand Cayman! We took the Jeep Tour of the island. It was neat to see all the sites and the neighborhoods. After the tour we had time to swim in the clear blue water and go shopping. It is a pretty place and everyone is friendly.
Don't Miss: The beautiful beach!

Pros: There were so many options for activities to participate in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The ship was beautiful and extremely clean.

Cons: The rules for hot tubs are not enforced. The hot tubs were very often filled with unsupervised children. Also, the jump zone (trampolines) were closed the majority of the cruise due to high winds.
