Review SummaryOur vacation on Enchantment of the Seas was excellent! The ship is really pretty and after seeing it docked next to other cruise ships we could see how unique it is. No other ship we saw had such a great pool deck with so many options of areas to sit and things to do (pool, hot tub, walking track, rock climbing wall, games, jump zone). The food was good. We were never lacking for something to eat. The best was eating at Chops Grille. The food and service there were superior. The nightly activities and entertainment were great. There was always something to do. Also, the cruise director Marc was wonderful. We had a great time!

Pros: There were so many options for activities to participate in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The ship was beautiful and extremely clean.
Cons: The rules for hot tubs are not enforced. The hot tubs were very often filled with unsupervised children. Also, the jump zone (trampolines) were closed the majority of the cruise due to high winds.
