Carnival is better

Sail Date: April 05, 2007

Reviewed: 10 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Oceanview

My overall impression of the ship was not very good. The ship was beautiful and had many ammenaties. But the overall expiereince is better on Carnival.

Pros: The beauty of the ship

Cons: The staff

Recommends Enchantment of the Seas? No.

Service and Staff
I wasn't made to feel welcome except for the dining room staff. Floyd and Bimal were very friendly. Employees were very pushy in general and it seemed that we were a bother to them. Half the time they wouldn't even look at you. The whole time we were on the ship we never once saw the captain. Carnival wins this catagory hands down.
Ship Quality
Cabin / Stateroom
Food and Dining
I would give the food a 6 or 7 on a scale of 1-10. It was all very bland. You would think the quality of the food would be at least 3-4 star rating in the dining room and it wasn't. Breakfast and lunches were very bland.
Children's Programs
Key West, Florida

Don't Miss: Duval St.
Cozumel, Mexico

Don't Miss: Mallory Square.
