Good first time cruise

Sail Date: February 17, 2007

Reviewed: 9 years ago

Traveled As: Family w/older children

Room Type: Oceanview

This was our first cruise and overall a good experience. There is not enough information to First Time Cruisers. We did not know that beverages in the refrigerator were $4 a drink! The cabin steward just let us assume they were included.

Pros: The optional dining

Cons: Not enough activities for teens

Recommends Enchantment of the Seas? Yes!

Children's Programs
Ship Quality
Food and Dining
I felt that the Windjammer was far better food than the main dining. I was disappointed much of the food tasted frozen or pre-packaged.
Service and Staff
We made mention to several that we were first time cruisers and no one trully went out of their way to assist us in things. They always seemed more concerned about getting a tip.
Entertainment
Not enough for teens to do
Cabin / Stateroom
George Town, Grand Cayman
Fabulous place. Lots to see and do, just not enough time at the port!
Don't Miss: The Beaches
Ocho Rios, Jamaica
I would not go back to Ocho Rios was not impressed at all. Did not feel safe at all times.
Don't Miss: Nothing
