Room Type: Balcony

Just returned from 4 night cruise for my 40th birthday (with 2 sisters, daughter and mother). Had a fabulous time, staff went over and beyond with us, someone was waiting at every corner to assist with everything. Dining was the best experience ever with our (Head waiter Eduardo, Waiter, Gatian and Asst. waiter Ivan). My daughter is 11 and everyone treated her like a QUEEN!

The evening entertainment was lacking compared to other cruises, only one night of broadway type show. The magic and jugglers were good but perhaps should have been a one night show only. The comedian was very good. I would have like to seen more shows in the "vegas" or "broadway" type.

Ports, Key West was fun but too short. Needed a couple of more hours. Mexico is Mexico, shopping good haggle for good prices.

Windjammer had food all of the time, we definitely didnt go hungry!!!

Our room was a balcony, smokers on each side which was a bummer, just went outside when they werent! Beds were OK but have had better. Steward very nice and accomodating.

Pros: Staff/Waiters/Head Waiter

Cons: Evening Entertainment

Recommends Enchantment of the Seas? Yes!

Ship Quality
Nice, clean, someone is always cleaning everything!
Food and Dining
Great food, Steak a couple of nights, would have like to had lobster, and vegetables instead of so many potatoes. Desserts fabulous!!!
Cabin / Stateroom
Good, would have liked better bed, but linens were nice. Clean
Could have been better as far as shows, but other entertainment karoke, game shows were fun. (QUEST DO NOT MISS THIS FOR THE WORLD!) Last night in Spotlight lounge, it was AWESOME and too funny to explain...
Service and Staff
Everyone must have been in a contest to see who could be the nicest...We were waited on in the dining room as well as the Windjammer cafe.
