Review summary

We're loyal to Royal, lol, and we took our kids this time. It was perfect! Perfect weather, great staff, good food, and lots of activities too. The only trouble we encountered was with the spa. We were celebrating our sons birthdays and the spa sent a gift card to each boy...All they wanted was a foot and hand massage. When we tried to use it they told us we could only use it on certain things. Those things were like like facials scrubs and things no 13 year old boy would want. They refused to work with us and we ended up not being able to use the gift card. My boys were very disappointed. That was they only hitch in our trip and we would definitely recommend this trip!

Sorry about that with your boys. I am curious if the same will be done with me since I will be celebrating my birthday while on board the Empress also.
