My compliments to all the chefs, the food was always very good in the Starlight Dinning Room. The buffets were also good but not always hot. The Empress was a great choice, clean, friendly, relaxing and did not feel crowded. Service was especially special in the Starlight. My compliments to the staff for their ability to serve so many people so well. This was our first Royal Caribbean Cruise and worth every penny.
