Compensations should be offered for issues gone wrong
I liked the change that took us to Cozumel first and then end in Key West. Cruise director and wait staff were great. ISSUES: we reported an overflow from toilet that happened early morning. After maintenance resolved he called house keeping to clean up floor. No one showed while we stayed awake waiting for an hr. Brown water came out of sink faucet while brushing teeth- discusting. This was also reported and there was no offer for any on board credits for the inconvenience.
