This was my second cruise, the first having happened in 2009. Since then, the quality of the food has gone down; however, it was good (just not amazing). The service in the dining room was amazing, though!

Our room was way too cold for the first two days. The staff was very responsive and eventually sent someone in to fix a stuck switch--after that it was just too cold, like the rest of that section of the ship. They really crank the A/C!

Ship Tip

Be prepared to be constantly bombarded by "offers" to spend money--on internet, excursions, bottled water, dinners at Chops, extra charges on the menu, etc, etc, etc. If you give in, the cruise won't be as economical as it appears.
