Although the Empress is the smallest ship in the Royal Caribbean fleet, it is undoubtedly a boat with big heart. The high caliber of the staff and crew is exceptional good. The food is out of bounds. The stops were in Key West and Cozemel. Negatives: it has had one pool. You feel the winds and waves.  My wife had a difficult cruise because of  hurricane Hermione. The rocking and rolling had her for a loop. It was so bad that she wanted to disembark at our first stop, Key West. Things improved somewhat for the remainder of the trip.
