Will never cruise Royal Caribbean Again!

Sail Date: August 15, 2016

Reviewed: 10 months ago

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Inside

This boat needs a complete overhaul.  The air conditioning was not working in the casino (they had a few fans to cool the gamblers) and most common areas.  The stench of mold and mildew was in every hallway.  There was no cable so instead they will repeat a few pre-recorded episodes of some old tv shows over and over.  The room I was given was on the third level forward and every time we arrive in any port the room will shake and vibrate and the infernal sounds will be felt for about 30 minutes (no need for wake up calls).  The food was taste less, over cooked or under cooked. M 11 year old daughter took one look at the very small kids club and we decide to purchase for playing cards to pass the time.  I thought Norwegian and Disney were bad but Royal Caribbean won the trophy as the worst ever.

Cabin / Stateroom
The smallest and smelliest cabin I have ever been in.
