We have been cruising with Royal Caribbean for the past 30 years and have taken over 20 cruises with them. The staff members are all over the top professionals at each and every job they do. The only thing that I would recommend for them to improve is either a note to be written on a room description if the room is located where there is an overwhelming amount of noise caused by a night club over or around it and not enough installation to buffer the sound. We had rooms 9665 and 9667 and had limited sleeping time due to this issue. The manager of Guest Services tried everything possible to improve this issue, but the ship was totally full so a room change was not an option. This is an older ship but has been recently renovated nicely. All rooms that are located near night clubs should be properly sound buffered for the common decency of the guest that are vacationing on this cruise line (or any other cruise line for that matter). Other from that issue Royal Caribbean is our First Choice on our cruising vacations.
