Guest services was absolutely terrible. The a/c in the room did not work, the food was mediocre, not even the phone in the room would stay hooked to the actual phone on the wall. Cruise was delayed 5 hours, they "tried to make up for it" buy offering free drinks as people boarded the cruise FINALLY. When they say cruise is the smallest one in the fleet, take it as LITERAL as possible. It is SMALLLLLLLLLLLLLLL.

get better over all and offer better guest service options. Absolutely nothing offered for the terrible time we had. Complained at least twice a day.
