We were so looking forward to this cruise.  We love Royal Caribbean cruises.  This was a disaster.  The crew was wonderful given the circumstances they were given to perform.  We thought we had paid pre-paid our gratuities but RCI said we had not.  We thought we had 6 p.m. seating, they said we did not.  We had to wait in line after line after line.  If we had not been on a Royal Caribbean cruise before, We certainly would not go again.  We will probably not use Cruise only again.  The points were not worth the hassle we had with the cruise lines.
