Review summary

Overall the ship was clean and in good shape, the room Steward was excellent but the rest of the crew was very complacent and the bartenders were unfriendly. The food service, quality and variety were terrible. Many times the hamburg grill had only one person working it (perhaps a method to minimize quantity served). We have more than a dozen cruises under our belt and this one by far had the worst food.

Ship tip

The food was awful, limited choices with many foods over and over such as one night having most of the main dishes containing Salmon. Buffet traffic flow was horrible.

Ports of call

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

Snorkling excursion was very good mainly due to the crew. Very attentive to the needs of the passengers, nice buffet lunch and they also entertained us on the return to port.

Mazatlan, Mexico

3 out of 5
Mazatlan is a clean town in the midst of a lot of infrastructure improvements. The hop on hop off excursion was nice and gives you an opportunity to see a lot of the town.

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

Very nice port and the Zodiac snorkeling excursion was very nice.
