Review summary

What can I say...It was AWESOME!! The room was great, the bed was the BEST
EVER and the balcony was unbelievable. We slept with the sliding door open every night and I took many naps bcuz the bed was so COMFY! If I could afford it, I'd buy that exact bed!! It was odd though that we had to buy bottled water, that you didn't supply it for free. The elevator were slower than expected and the laundry room was a joke. But all in all, We can't wait to go on another cruise.

laundry room needs improvements. Used $12 to do 1 load of wash and 1 load of dry. After going down to desk to get coins since our card didn't give us any. Then the coins gave us softener instead of soap, even though it was in the soap coin spot. So not happy about the waste of time and money to do a simple wash.

What was wrong with the laundry room. I've never had to use one on a cruise.
