Ship was nice - well...

Sail Date: September 09, 2012

Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Oceanview

Ship was nice - well maintained, clean, friendly, with a steady stream of possible activities. Weather was less than perfect - cloudy or rained on all but 3 of 17 days. Diverted (missed) second intended port in Norway due to tropical storms that swung north. Also diverted from planned stop in Greenland due to another storm; forcased high with wind and rough seas (turned out ot be 50 knot wind and 20#39; seas). Princess made up for missed ports by substituting two ports Canada. Overall, one night seas were quite choppy but otherwise the diversions resulted in smooth, uneventful sailing.
Average age of passengers on this cruise was 70
