Review SummaryOur laptop was stolen by one of their crew members in the middle of a 17 day cruise. The company gave us nothing, not even a bouquet of flowers. We spent a fortune on this cruise, and while we eventually got our laptop back after 5 days, the worry, anguish and anger had already ruined our cruise.
You would think they would care about their customers, and give us a free cruise! All we got was reimbursement for the $200 that we spent on an external hard drive to try and retrieve the lost files that this guy deleted.
Two letters to corporate Carnival and Princess got us snide responses.
What a way to treat good clients!
