An Average Cruise.

Sail Date: March 01, 2010

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Inside

The customer service was atrocious. The staff did not care. We had to wait for hours to be seated for dinner when half of the dining room was empty. At lunches and breakfast you had to beg for a glass of lemonade or get it yourself. We saw elderly people struggling with their plates and the staff paid no attention. The entertainment does not come close to that we have enjoyed on other cruises. The children's program was 'play PS2'. The food arrangements were way below expectations.

Pros: A very clean ship.

Cons: Restaurant service, entertainment, children programs, over all customer service.

Recommends Emerald Princess? No.

Ship Quality
Cabin / Stateroom
Our cabin steward kept the room very clean. He was the only one who deserved any tip.
Food and Dining
The worst food and service we ever had on a cruise.
Service and Staff
We felt as if we inconvenienced the staff just by being there.
Way below expectation. The Princess managers need to take a cruise on Royal Carribean to see real entertainment.
