The Enerald Princess is great..clean, well lit. The personell go out of their way to please you...service was GREAT. We met people from all over the world during Anytime Dining. The slot machines in the casino are tight as expected.

Pros: Dinner was fantastic, great shows

Cons: Onboard prices for liquor and cigarettes way too high...get them in St. Thomas

Recommends Emerald Princess? Yes!

Ship Quality
There's always several workers cleaning railings, windows, etc. Public Restrooms are cleaned every half hour
Food and Dining
Breakfast and lunch buffets ar typical. Dinner in the dining rooms was outstanding. My wife has numerous food allergies. The headwaiter made sure everything was OK for her, even had them make bread that was gluten, dairy, and egg free especially for her
Cabin / Stateroom
After a number of cruises, it finally dawned on me to put our luggage UNDER the bed...really made the room seem much bigger ,g>
Service and Staff
The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly
I'm not into production shows, else I'd rate the entertainment higher. They were good...the comedians, magician, juggler/comedian were top notch.
Went whale watching....finally came across one sitting on the surface, mist sprouting from the blowhole...then it went under, with the classic sight of the tail way up in the air as it dove
Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
Great for jewelry, liquor, and cigarettes. Just be aware, that visiting ANY port on Sunday may find stores closed or limited hours. Take the prirate water taxi...you can use it all day to travel between the three shopping area. The walking tour was very interesting...highlights were visits to a VERY old church and synagogue
Basseterre, St. Kitts
took the best of the island tour...interesting and informative
Bridgetown, Barbados
took an island tour....didn't do much else as we spent a week here seveal years ago
St. John's, Antigua
took the island tour...great shopping and casiino right off the pier...
