Review SummaryThe staff would go out of the way to assist you. Always greeting us and very energetic. The ship is beautful. When docked next to other cruiseliners you really get an appreciation of how clean and well maintained the ship is. The Navigator daily guide made things very easy to pick and choose your daily activities. The food was great and abundant. I would rank the food better than any mass food preparpation I have ever had. For example a sales conference serving thousands at a hotel, the food usually tastes bland. The Disney food was not in this category at all. Much better! The entertainment is Broadway quality. The day-care reps were very attentive and great with kids. Not once did we worry at all! Espcially with a pager and text messenges if they need to reach us.

Pros: Customer Service, Ship, Food, Characters, Cleaniness, Auto-Check in, Variety
Cons: They need to give the Shutters photo store a digital checkout. The photographer told me its in the works so this will not be an issue. The problem is there so many pictures and hundreds of people sifting through photos in the small lobby it was chaotic at times. To add its a waste of photopaper.
