I had high expectations for my second Disney Cruise. For the most part, those expectations were met. The food was not the best overall, not even in Palo - one of the two adult exclusive restaurants on board. The debarkation process must improve - I was really disappointed in how bad it was. But, the staff and crew made the difference. I would and plan to book my third Disney Cruise in the future.

We really enjoyed the cruise and everyone was so friendly. We loved our tablemates and our kids got along great. We enjoyed all the shows, the adult pool areas and loved the security of the Oceaneers club. Our kids made friends that they have kept in contact with.

Had such a wonderful time and made my family feel welcomed. The cleanliness and staff was the best. Can’t thank the Disney staff enough for such a great first time cruise.

Diverted to Cozumel and grand Cayman. Stayed on board as have been there before. Did get to Castaway Cay.

Over all, it was a fun cruise and would not sail again only because of how long it was. I would of maybe liked it more if I could enjoy myself and not having to take care of my stomach the entire trip.

My grandchildren rated the cruise as 100%.there was so much to do and see, and I am sure will have great memories going forward . Again excellent staff and especially the individuals who looked after us at Dinner A special mention the the three gentlemen who waited on us Mario Geae Luna our head server, Agung Joko Susilo our server and to Nick Khotala our asssitant server, who my grandchildren say they still miss !!! Awesome people who made us feel so special and welcome, and to our room attendant Ekarat Khanthong who was always there when needed . I hope this is all relayed to the Disney Fantasy and they get some special recognition for a job most excellently done !!!!l

Was very good. I’m going on an 11 day one July 27 to southern Caribbean so I can write lot more. It was a very good trip.. pool could of been better without getting kicked when you try to swim. But overall was a very good cruise, staff was great and our hosts were the best! Would recommend it to a lot of people.

It was clear to me that Disney Cruises are for Adults with kids who want to be able to relax without the need to supervise them all the time. For them, I am sure this is great. For people without kids, the increased cost of Disney vs other cruises isnt worth it (IMO). The added cost of ridiculous Wifi ($90 for 1 GB), the fact that there inst a drink package, and the overall bland level of adult entertainment and activities make this a Cruiseline I will not take again. We will still to other companies.

Disney Cruise was fabulous with the kids. Everything was kid friendly. Entertainment for adults could have been better. Overall, a great cruise with my family.

I got to visit US & British Virgin Islands as well as Castaway Kay. The cruise met all my expectations!

The best cruise ever!! So memorable and the ship is so very very clean!! We had great service and the food and drink were amazing!!

Overall good cruise. The staff need to be more consistent and menu needs to be expanded

We really enjoyed every day on our cruise. Our children live the onboard activities, playing the in pools while watching movies, meeting other children, having nice beach days at the port calls, and falling asleep at night with chocolate and movies in bed!

Totally worth the money. Disney does a wonderful job all around. Great for kids as there was always something to do. Even traveling without children, it was wonderful for adults. Purchased small internet package which went very quickly. Totally NOT worth the price. Not super high speed which ate up minutes.

Loved it! Twas my first Disney Cruise, was a little apprehensive due to price--loved it!

If I could give zero stars I would! There was a serious case of norvo virus going on the cruise and Disney did not give any communications whatsoever to any of us. The lack luster service in the dining room was the worst I’ve ever experienced on any cruise. The food was bland. The rooms were clean and our state room attendant was fantastic. But that was the only good thing about this cruise. I will not cruise Disney again. For the price I paid for this cruise and I expect to be wowed and I was not. So sad...

Always a great trip on the Fantasy. Entertainment is the best in the industry. Free beverages, free ice cream. Rotational dining is the best

Looking forward to our next DCL cruise. Wanted to do Palo Brunch but no reservations left, will reserve early on line next time. Not too keen on the Star Wars Day at sea, would prefer Marvel, but we will look into it. Overall love the DCL cruises never have issues with sickness, they keep an extremely clean ship, staff is always cleaning and making guests wash hands.
