Review summary

Cruise over thanksgiving week. Overall had an enjoyable trip. DCL remains the best when it comes to service. DCL will always be my first choice in cruising.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
DCL does a great job with their embarkation process out of Port Canaveral. First and foremost, the terminal is breathtakingly beautiful. There is so much detail, especially if you’re a Disney lover. I love the model ship of the Magic in the lobby. Quite cool and fun to look at. Of course, seeing characters for photo ops is a highlight if you don’t mind waiting. It’s nice to have something to do if you’ve arrived early. I think everyone loves walking into the atrium as they are announced by the cast members. One of those Disney touches to start a magical voyage.

I cruise it every year around Mother’s Day. Had to cancel it this year, got a full refund. So sad 😞

3 night cruise is just to short and not enough time to relax, but the 3 night cruises are good to make your cruise count go up and quick way to hit platinum on castaway status.

Definitely want to try a Disney cruise at least once. Probably 3 or 4 night one in conjunction with WDW stay or stays. We love the happiness associated with Disney.
