I been on better disney cruises.

Sail Date: August 01, 2013

Reviewed: 3 years ago

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Balcony

The boat was too big to travel with a handicapped person. He had to pick up his scooter at his room which meant we had to push him to his room which was awful. Never did we experience anything like this on a Disney cruise. He could not get into elevators and his scooter could not fit in his room. All this was to be taken care of by concierge. Nothing was done.

Pros: The housekeeping and servers were wonderful

Cons: We paid for concierges and had to wait for a half hour to go through check in and we traveled with a handicapped person. We had to push him ourselves up the boarding ramp. He was too heavy and it was humiliating.

Recommends Disney Dream? No.
