Disney Cruise Line is Amazing!

Sail Date: November 01, 2013

Reviewed: 3 years ago

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Balcony

I accidentally booked a concierge suite. I am so happy I did! We had a dedicated check in line at the port and waited all of 2 minutes. We had a concierge team that presented us with an itinerary and they made sure we knew everything we needed to know. They also supplied bottles of water\, a plate of fruit\, and extra sunblock.

The room was very spacious - there was a pull down bunk that magically appeared at turn down service and disappeared in the morning. The room steward was amazing - the cabin looked like it was cleaned several times a day but we only saw him twice in the hallway.

Entertainment is pure Disney - big\, optimistic\, and fun.

The food was beautiful and plentiful. Gourmet style and perfect portions.

Pros: the service\, the food\, the little extras\, the hidden treasures

Cons: nothing

Recommends Disney Dream? Yes!

Ship Quality
Everything was spotless. Cast members truly clean 24/7 on the Dream. But they are not obtrusive about it.
Food and Dining
We experienced 3 of the restaurants plus the buffet. The food was 5 star quality.
Cabin / Stateroom
Service and Staff
Entertainment
