Fabulous Disney Dream ship

Sail Date: December 26, 2011

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Balcony

The Disney Dream is beautiful. Every detail is perfect. The ship design, services, cabin layout, scheduling, dining, and crew are outstanding. The bathroom design featuring two separate spaces is very helpful, especially when preparing for dinner. Our cabin attendant opened up the balcony to connect to our family next door. What a nice touch! Daily communications via newsletters and announcements helped us make the most of our time.

Pros: Shows, movies and unbelievable dining experience.

Cons: Need more activities for teens.

Recommends Disney Dream? Yes!

Children's Programs
Could use more options for older teens. Our teens were not quite old enough for the 'adults only' areas, however, they felt out of place with the younger teen activities.
Service and Staff
Cabin / Stateroom
The rooms were immaculate, bright and well designed. Again, really appreciate the two bathroom design.
Food and Dining
Our servers were spot on with menu recommendations. They never let us down as they guided us through selections. Excellent service, menu, and venues. We loved experiencing the three distinctly different dining rooms.
