An amazing cruise

Sail Date: October 01, 2011

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Oceanview

The Disney Dream is the ship for children - They have the chance to meet their favorite characters (parents should be prepared to stand in lines...), the shows are wonderful and much better than on other cruise lines I've sailed with(there was a Disney show every night), the water slides and pool deck are a little bit crowded but the children won't mind, and there are lots os activities for children. If you have a child, don't miss this ship.

Pros: The shows, the characters meeting and the Aquaduck

Cons: None

Recommends Disney Dream? Yes!

Service and Staff
Ship Quality
The ship is new and big. It's clean, the decor is lovely and although you can feel the big number of passengers (standing in lines to the slides and to the characters) it doesn't feel very crowded
Food and Dining
There are three different restaurants on the ship, and you rotate between the restaurants each night. It's a nice feature that adds to the dining experience
Cabin / Stateroom
We had an oceanview stateroom - The stateroom was big, with lots of closet space. The staterooms were really excellent
