Review summary

Extremely well maintained and clean. Overall the quality of the food was excellent, however waiters and servers poorly trained. disappeared for long periods and removed dishes and glasses without asking if you were finished (we were even at the last seating) Ports of call awful, but glacier visits and views of calving from ship were awesome. Annoying that everyone on the ship was trying to sell you something or "upgrading " this or that without mentioning the extra cost." We have Romano coffee tonight..... Would you like some?" Then if you say yes they ask you for your card to charge!

Steward and evening meal waiter called us by name very impressive. poorly trained staff in proper fine dining etiquette, table ware placed properly, how to open and pour wine, We were a group of 7 and food didn't come at the same time or as a proper course. Waiters seemed to have a problem understandin g special requests like "no dressing" "sauce separate"had difficulty making any changes to waht was already prepared in the kitchen
