Norrow gauge RR - Must see - this was my 3rd trip to Alaska - highlight each time. Probably the best value of the cruise
Don't Miss: White Pass Senic Railway

Mendelhall Glacier is worth the trip - skip the Rainforest Gardens - they were a real rip-off - not worth $ 5.00!!! On a clear day ride the Gondola - nice walking paths with a great view
Don't Miss: Mendelhall Glacier

Ketchikan, Alaska

Rain Forest Wildlife SanctuaryTour & Zip Line were great - both enjoyed by 16 & 62 year olds

Pros: Anytime Dining - flexibility to respond to the days activities without a deadline. I was impressed with Princess' commitment to fight shipborne intestinal viruses - we were required to use antibacterial spray when boarding the ship & entering all meals. After all the horor stories this was comfortin

Cons: Commercialism on ship - Selling of jewelry & art auction- bombarded with pictures at every meal & disembarking from ship

Recommends Diamond Princess? Yes!
