what a joke

Sail Date: October 01, 2007

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

We booked a balcony room because we were traveling with freinds. The room was smaller than the web showes and the balcony that shows four chairs and two tables was just big enough for two chairs. No way four people could be out there at the same time. When I talked to the pursers office they said call when you get home. I did and eight weeks later they said to bad. I feel like once they have your money tough luck if you are not happy.
The other thing that they don't tell you is evey time you by something that a tip is added to the bill even though there is a place when you sign to add a tip.

Pros: dinning,food ,wait staff

Cons: room, tipping

Recommends Dawn Princess? No.
