The overall cruise was positive. When we departed the ship they lost one piece of our luggage. It has been a six month tug of war. If we did not have travel insurance we would have received only $ 250.00 compensation from Princess. They are very difficult and do not reply.

The longshoremans union loads and unloads in SF. I saw them drop a full suitcase overboard. Honestly these guys give unions a bad name.

Despite this experience, every other aspect from boarding the ship, to the food, entertainment, amenities, staff and tours were very good quality. If you have children, I highly recommend the 1 hour swim with the Dolphins in Acapulco. Do not go the cheap route, spend the $ 150.00 per kid. It is well worth the money and an experience your children will never forget.

Pros: Entertainment

Cons: getting a response from Princess

Recommends Dawn Princess? Yes!
