Dawn Princess is our second cruise but first with Princess.EMBAR & DE-BAR: SPEEDY FOOD : The buffets were not even average. We were disappointed in the breakfast and lunch buffets. The variety was alright, but the taste was just so-so, not quite up to cruise standard. Taste and presentation for desserts at the buffet were not up to cruise par either. The traffic through the buffet line poorly managed. Main dinner choice & quality were pretty good most of the time at dining room. Pizza at Pizzaria was good. Disappointed that there were no midnight gala buffet at all.SERVICE : Crews were excellent in their service. Only flaw : Supervisors could have reprimand their staff privately rather than in dining room and over-heard by guest (just 1 incident)ENTERTAINMENT : Good production shows, good in-room movies, good entertainersPleased with :1. Personal Dining Options2. Options to bring fish caught on excursions to be cooked on-boardMainly disappointed with :-1. Cruise taking a large chunk of bingo money, could have return all the money into the winning pot like our previous cruise did. Although with full attendance each game, final jackpot was only $2500 compared with $11,000 on the other cruise.2. Had to pay for ice-creams3. The atmosphere was not as lively and jolly as our previous cruise4. Instead of charging a flat $10 per day tips, I prefer to tip per individual by their service.
