Great Cruise Bad Spa

Sail Date: May 01, 2006

Reviewed: 10 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

We have been on this cruise before and loved everything except for the Lotus Spa. Bad advice from spa employee caused continuous pain, even slightly to this day. They believe since the advice was free, but we did pay for the capsule massage which came with consulting, that they are not responsible.
We in no way say the rest of our cruise wasn't nice, just couldn't enjoy to many things do to the pain. Princess cruise and the Dawn Princess is why we are going again this year. Shopping and entertainment are some of the highlights, not to mention the wonderful food in the dining room, buffet is just OK at best and room service is very accommodating.
Thank You Princess Cruises

Pros: Princess Cruise is the beat, we hae always been treated with respect

Cons: Lotus Spa and their policy

Ship Quality
Not sure how other rooms are but we love this type balcony. Aft hot tubs best at night, see you there, moon or no moon.
Food and Dining
Buffet is just OK at best
Cabin / Stateroom
You get what you pay for, it is worth the money to have a balcony.
Love the fact that all shows are repeated
Service and Staff
If you take the Spa people out of the mix, the rest of the staff are very nice.
