We had a wonderful cruise overall. Food was amazing in the dining room and International Café.  The food in the buffet and room service was subpar though.  Service in the DaVinci dining room was horrible the first two nights so we talked to the maitre'd and he moved us to the Botticelli dining room and the service was excellent for the rest of the cruise. The service around the rest of the ship was great.  The food and service in the Crown Grill and Sabatini's was also exemplary!

Our mini-suite was absolutely wonderful! It was always clean, very tastefully decorated, and plenty of room for a cruise ship stateroom.
