Outstanding Cruise on Princess, As Usual

Sail Date: March 01, 2013

Reviewed: 3 years ago

Traveled As: Family w/older children

Room Type: Suite

This was our group's first trip on the Crown Princess\, but we have sailed on quite a number of other Princess ships.
Our agent Deanna thoroughly prepared us for our trip\, and was always helpful and thoroughly knowledgeable.
We loved the terminal experience in Galveston\, where we found the staff to be friendly and efficient\, and Galveston itself has so many lovely older homes being revitalized\, which made for excellent pre-cruise sightseeing.
Boarding was a breeze.
Our staterooms were in great shape when we arrived\, and kept spotless throughout our cruise.
Entertainment was found everywhere on the ship\, and the Cruise Director Lisa was very professional and accessible to passengers.
Our traditional dining experience was excellent\, with high-quality menus every night. The Maitre d' stopped by our table regularly.
The excursions through Princess were well-run and a great value\, with very knowledgeable guides.
Overall and outstanding cruise and we can't wait to sail Princess again.

Pros: Service\, Value\, Entertainment

Cons: N/A
