The crew worked wonderfully as a team. They were very cordial and performed their services perfectly.
the food was very good and hot. Most dishes we not over-salted.the itinerary was great with plenty of time in most ports.the haines eagle preserve rafting was excellant- many eagles and spawning salmon and saw a grizzly with 2 cubs-lunch was a cold sandwich/disappointing.
No one got sick onboard crown that we spoke to.
She has been a bit lacking in outside maintenance. The teak railings are in need of new varnish and many rust spots showing around the ship.the elevators are quite slow and on sea days, the public areas are a bit crowded, possibly 500 too many people for the ships public areas-but other ships have the same issue.it was a great cruise and one could not pick a better ship.
