We had outstanding experiences with our cabin steward (Leopaldo)\, and Bottecelli Dining Room waiters (Gabriel and Ivan). Other restaurants staff were also charming and friendly. Some of the deck staff were more casual and indifferent to the needs of all passengers. I was disappointed in some of my interractions with Excursions staff who were unwilling to share or unaware of information other than the official shore excusrisosn options.
7:00 am opening of the gym is too late when many shore excursions commence by 8:00 am. 6:00 or 6:30 am would have been a more customer-friendly opening time. External running track was disappointing - 100m! Most ships would offer at least a 400m circuit. Most show offerings were excellent - the highlight being the Venetian Chamber orchestra.
