Food and Dining

1 out of 5
you can not serve luke warm ground meats and get away with it, health wise(food poisoning not noro virus) . the food was cold and almost uneatable but what do you do when you are on a transatlantic cruise

Entertainment

3 out of 5
could have been a lot better. getting tired of the same old gigs

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
no problems here, everyone was great

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
ship looked tired

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
the mattress needs replacing. more tv stations would be nice

Pros: the service was exceptional in every area of the ship

Cons: Food was of poor quality and most of all cold ( ever try eating cold fried eggs and hashbrowns )

Recommends Crown Princess? Yes!
