I boarded this ship with great anticipation. It was too big for my taste and very
hard to find anything. With 3,000 plus passengers, the buffets were too small
and there were lines everywhere. The food was good and the dining room
service was very good. Had a balcony stateroom and it was on the small side.
Also the bathroom was quite small and did not have enough storage space
for toiletries, etc. for two people. The best thing about the cabin was the bed. It
was very comfortable and the linens were quite nice. The front desk personnel
were indifferent and not very helpful. Although this is a beautiful ship, it was, I
believe. designed to cram in as many cabins as possible and not too much
attention was paid to the comfort of the passenger. On the positive side, the
ports were interesting and the shore excursions were varied and fun.

Pros: The beds.

Cons: Very confusing layout.

Recommends Crown Princess? No.
