this ship is just too large to be comfortable. the noise level at all of the pools was horrible and most of the time we couldn't even find a lounge chair, I know princess states in it's patter that you cannot reserve seats at the pool or at the theatre but it was done every day. passengers would go up to the pool and drape a towel over the chair or leave a book on it and then go and have something to eat and come back an hour or so later and nothing was done, the same thing for the theatre, passengers were always saving seats and because this ship is so large and so crowded it is very difficult to get seats anywhere------the morning and afternoon buffets at the horizon food court were also very difficult to maneuver, it is set up like a maze and you are constantly bumping into people trying to get some food whoever designed it did not take into consideration just how many people were going to be there

Pros: the service, the decor

Cons: small rooms, too crowded, noisy
