This was our first and final cruise with Princess. We were so disappointed with the overall service that we received. We had to constantly ask to have our beverages refilled, no free ice cream, no midnight buffet, the temperature of the room, the water in the shower stopped for about 10 minutes and when it came back on it was the color of mud, the breakfast buffet was entirely too congested and there was no made to order omlette station. These are just a few of the comments and we had heard through out the entire cruise that many of the other passengers shared the same thoughts. If the Princess wants to stay afloat, then they need to check out the designs of Royal Carribean cruise lines and take a cruise on their ships and they will see the difference.
