We will not cruise with Princess again. This was our first sailing with Princess. The major issues: service staff was very robotic and not service oriented, anytime dining wasn't really anytime dining with two formal nights, Sabatini's food was excellent but service was very rushed for 8 courses, Crown Grill service was awful - (front desk mostly unattended, manager was rude), staff cut in front of guests frequently when walking in guest areas, noise from spa above was called to attention of personnel with no followup, cruise director was very inappropriate with his comments, language and actions on the tv as well as enterntainment venues and overall crew were not engaging as well as language appeared to be a major barrier.

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
Norwegian invented free style cruising and others have tried to duplicate. Princess anytime dining is not close to the same. We were very unimpressed. There were only two upcharge restaurants on the Crown. The menu's very limited. The daily buffet's were largely the same without much variety or flavor. There was no chocolate buffet and ice cream was an additional charge.
