This had to be the worst cruise

Sail Date: November 01, 2006

Reviewed: 9 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Suite

This was our 7th cruise, & the first on Princess. It's also the last. The staff acted as though they were paying us to come on board. They were just down right rude. Our room steward was the only one who we felt that actually cared about the passengers. At dinner we had to beg for water. At dinner we were a party of 6,we were the first to sit & the last to get served. Our waiter was so busy with anyone who had a camera & was busy getting in every picture he forgot about half the people in his area. The head waiter was insulting. It was just agony. We couldn't wait for each day to get off the ship.It was just the worst. Half the time the elevators weren't working. We felt so bad for the elderly who had to climb the stairs every time they had to go somewhere.

Pros: The stateroom & room steward

Cons: The staff was rude. The food was 2nd rate & the drinks were weak

Recommends Crown Princess? No.
