Review summary

The boat is beautiful, the food is average , our cabin steward was superb, disembark and embarkation were a nightmare and in one case passengers were put at risk on a flat boat tender after an excursion. Concerns expressed to customer service staff were met with stony silence.

Pros: With the exception of the excursion and customer service , the staff was truly superb

Cons: There were many instances of real logistical incompetance-in one case compromising the safety of the passengers. Excursion and service staff were unhelpful and did not accept responsibility to say the lease
