Review summary
The Costa cruise line's Mediterranea was a very well kept ship, although I preferred the Costa Magica which we sailed on in Feb 06. It was quite a bit bigger. Cabins were spotless. The lounges/bars were varied and intimate. The decor was amazing. We would like to have had more shoppes aboard. The one and only ADULT ONLY pool was at times occupied with children even though there were other pools for families and kids only. This was an aggravation. The pool attendant and security person were quick to ask parents to move to another pool, but parents were very slow to comply and only did so with resistance.Ship experiences
